We are looking for people interested in working at our residential facility in Otane,

A position is available for a Weekends and Evening support staff on a casual on-call basis

Applicant must have some prior experience in working with youth and youth matters and are also able to work autonomously

If you have the following qualities this is a bonus

• Conflict resolution skills

• Facilitation skills

• Tramping and recreation skills

• Experience in working in a therapeutic community

• Be able to work effectively in a team

• Have good self-reflective skills
