Our goal is to assist clients achieve their potential while living with mental illness.

Our service is free and available to those aged 19 and over who experience:

• Schizophrenia
• Schizo-affective disorder
• Delusional disorder
• Psychotic disorder
• Bipolar disorder
• Depression

We provide a community support worker who advocates and liaises between clients, families, community groups and government agencies. You can access our service in a number of ways:

• Self referral 
• Referral from a health professional
• Whanau referral

Once a referral has been received, we are responsible for ensuring that prior to acceptance into the service you have:

• Completed an eligibility assessment and self referral or
• Had a clinical assessment and a referral made.
